South Shore Bar style pizza is now found in Bedford Texas and we're excited to bring this crustless, cheesy goodness to you!
Learn The Lingo
There are certain specifications one can make when ordering a SSBP depending upon ones preferences, they are as follows.
Crispy - the pizza is given more time in the oven, giving it an all-around darker and more well done result.
Laced or Burnt edges - This is when the sauce is spread to the very edge of the pizza where it mixes with the cheese and touches the outside rim of the pan. When it cooks, it forms a charred edge of cheese and sauce that some people can’t get enough of.
